12 And Jehovah said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee the tables of stone, and the law and the commandment, which I have written, that thou mayest teach them. 13 And Moses rose up, and Joshua his minister: and Moses went up into the mount of God. 14 And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aaron and Hur are with you; whosoever hath a cause, let him come near unto them.

12 The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone(A) with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”
13 Then Moses set out with Joshua(B) his aide, and Moses went up on the mountain(C) of God. 14 He said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we come back to you. Aaron and Hur(D) are with you, and anyone involved in a dispute(E) can go to them.”
