3 But if the sun has risen on him, there will be bloodguiltiness on his account. He shall surely make restitution; if he owns nothing, then he shall be (A)sold for his theft. 4 If what he stole is actually found alive in his hand, whether an ox or a donkey or a sheep, (B)he shall pay double.
5 “If a man lets a field or vineyard be grazed bare and lets his animal loose so that it grazes in another man’s field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field and the best of his own vineyard.

New International Version
3 but if it happens after sunrise, the defender is guilty of bloodshed.
“Anyone who steals must certainly make restitution,(A) but if they have nothing, they must be sold(B) to pay for their theft. 4 If the stolen animal is found alive in their possession(C)—whether ox or donkey or sheep—they must pay back double.(D)
5 “If anyone grazes their livestock in a field or vineyard and lets them stray and they graze in someone else’s field, the offender must make restitution(E) from the best of their own field or vineyard.
