Exodus 15:24-26
Revised Standard Version
24 And the people murmured against Moses, saying, “What shall we drink?” 25 And he cried to the Lord; and the Lord showed him a tree, and he threw it into the water, and the water became sweet.
There the Lord[a] made for them a statute and an ordinance and there he proved them, 26 saying, “If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give heed to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon you which I put upon the Egyptians; for I am the Lord, your healer.”

Exodus 15:24-26
New International Version
24 So the people grumbled(A) against Moses, saying, “What are we to drink?”(B)
25 Then Moses cried out(C) to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a piece of wood. He threw(D) it into the water, and the water became fit to drink.
There the Lord issued a ruling and instruction for them and put them to the test.(E) 26 He said, “If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep(F) all his decrees,(G) I will not bring on you any of the diseases(H) I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals(I) you.”
