²⁵ He jammed^[a] the wheels of their chariots so that they had difficulty driving. And the Egyptians said, “Let’s get away from the Israelites! The Lord is fighting^(A) for them against Egypt.”^(B)

³⁰ The Lord your God, who is going before you, will fight^(A) for you, as he did for you in Egypt, before your very eyes,

²² Do not be afraid^(A) of them;^(B) the Lord your God himself will fight^(C) for you.”

⁴ For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you^(A) to fight^(B) for you against your enemies to give you victory.^(C)”

¹⁴ There has never been a day like it before or since, a day when the Lord listened to a human being. Surely the Lord was fighting^(A) for Israel!
