10 You shall celebrate this rite at this time every year.
11 “When the Lord brings you to the land of the Canaanites, as he promised you and your fathers, and he will have given it to you as a possession, 12 you shall dedicate each firstborn from the womb to the Lord. All male firstborn of your animals belong to the Lord.

10 You must keep this ordinance(A) at the appointed time(B) year after year.
11 “After the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites(C) and gives it to you, as he promised on oath(D) to you and your ancestors,(E) 12 you are to give over to the Lord the first offspring of every womb. All the firstborn males of your livestock belong to the Lord.(F)
