Exodus 11:7-9
Contemporary English Version
7 But there won't be any need for the Israelites to cry. Things will be so quiet that not even a dog will be heard barking. Then you Egyptians will know that the Lord is good to the Israelites, even while he punishes you. 8 Your leaders will come and bow down, begging me to take my people and leave your country. Then we will leave.
Moses was very angry; he turned and left the king.
9 What the Lord had earlier said to Moses came true. He had said, “The king of Egypt won't listen. Then I will perform even more miracles.”

New International Version
7 But among the Israelites not a dog will bark at any person or animal.’ Then you will know that the Lord makes a distinction(A) between Egypt and Israel. 8 All these officials of yours will come to me, bowing down before me and saying, ‘Go,(B) you and all the people who follow you!’ After that I will leave.”(C) Then Moses, hot with anger, left Pharaoh.
9 The Lord had said to Moses, “Pharaoh will refuse to listen(D) to you—so that my wonders(E) may be multiplied in Egypt.”
