Deuteronomy 8:17-19
World English Bible
17 and lest you say in your heart, “My power and the might of my hand has gotten me this wealth.” 18 But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today.
19 It shall be, if you shall forget Yahweh your God, and walk after other gods, and serve them and worship them, I testify against you today that you shall surely perish.

17 You may say to yourself,(A) “My power and the strength of my hands(B) have produced this wealth for me.” 18 But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth,(C) and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.
19 If you ever forget the Lord your God and follow other gods(D) and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed.(E)
