Deuteronomy 7:2-4

2 and Yahweh your God will give them over to you[a] and you defeat them, you must utterly destroy them;[b] you shall not make a covenant with them, and you shall not show mercy to them. 3 And you shall not intermarry with them; you shall not give your daughter to their son; and you shall not take his daughter for your son.[c] 4 For their[d] sons and daughters will cause your son[e] to turn away from following me,[f] and so they will serve other gods, and the anger of Yahweh would be kindled[g] against you, and he would quickly destroy you.

Deuteronomy 7:2-4
New International Version
2 and when the Lord your God has delivered(A) them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy(B) them totally.[a](C) Make no treaty(D) with them, and show them no mercy.(E) 3 Do not intermarry with them.(F) Do not give your daughters to their sons or take their daughters for your sons, 4 for they will turn your children away from following me to serve other gods,(G) and the Lord’s anger will burn against you and will quickly destroy(H) you.
