2 That thou mightest [a]fear the Lord thy God, and keep all his ordinances, and his commandments which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son’s son all the days of thy life, even that thy days may be prolonged:
3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and take heed to do it, that it may go well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily [b]in the land that floweth with milk and honey, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath promised thee.
4 Hear, O Israel, The Lord our God is Lord only,

Deuteronomy 6:2-4
New International Version
2 so that you, your children and their children after them may fear(A) the Lord your God as long as you live(B) by keeping all his decrees and commands(C) that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life.(D) 3 Hear, Israel, and be careful to obey(E) so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly(F) in a land flowing with milk and honey,(G) just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, promised(H) you.
