Deuteronomy 4:48-49

48 from Aroer, which is on the bank of the wadi[a] of Arnon and as far as Mount Sirion; that is, Hermon, 49 and all of the Arabah[b] beyond the Jordan, eastward, and as far as the Sea of the Arabah[c] under the slopes of Pisgah.

48 This land extended from Aroer(A) on the rim of the Arnon Gorge to Mount Sirion[a](B) (that is, Hermon(C)), 49 and included all the Arabah east of the Jordan, as far as the Dead Sea,[b] below the slopes of Pisgah.
