38 dispossessing before you nations greater and mightier than you, so as to bring you in and to give their land to you as a heritage, as it is today. 39 This is why you must now acknowledge, and fix in your heart, that the Lord is God in the heavens above and on earth below, and that there is no other.(A) 40 And you must keep his statutes and commandments which I command you today, that you and your children after you may prosper, and that you may have long life on the land which the Lord, your God, is giving you forever.(B)

New International Version
38 to drive out before you nations greater and stronger than you and to bring you into their land to give it to you for your inheritance,(A) as it is today.
39 Acknowledge(B) and take to heart this day that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other.(C) 40 Keep(D) his decrees and commands,(E) which I am giving you today, so that it may go well(F) with you and your children after you and that you may live long(G) in the land the Lord your God gives you for all time.

39 Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the Lord he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.
40 Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever.
