30 When you (A)are in distress and all these things have come upon you, (B)in the last days (C)you will return to Yahweh your God and listen to His voice. 31 For Yahweh your God is a (D)compassionate God; (E)He will not fail you nor (F)destroy you nor (G)forget the covenant with your fathers which He swore to them.
32 “Indeed, (H)ask now concerning the former days which were before you, since the (I)day that God created [a]man on the earth, and inquire (J)from one end of the heavens to the other. (K)Has anything been done like this great thing, or has anything been heard like it?

30 When you are in distress(A) and all these things have happened to you, then in later days(B) you will return(C) to the Lord your God and obey him. 31 For the Lord your God is a merciful(D) God; he will not abandon(E) or destroy(F) you or forget(G) the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath.

32 Ask(H) now about the former days, long before your time, from the day God created human beings on the earth;(I) ask from one end of the heavens to the other.(J) Has anything so great(K) as this ever happened, or has anything like it ever been heard of?
