29 But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thine [a]heart, and with all thy soul.
30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, [b]at the length, if thou return to the Lord thy God, and be obedient unto his voice,
31 (For the Lord thy God is a merciful God) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers, which he [c]sware unto them.

29 But if from there you seek(A) the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart(B) and with all your soul.(C) 30 When you are in distress(D) and all these things have happened to you, then in later days(E) you will return(F) to the Lord your God and obey him. 31 For the Lord your God is a merciful(G) God; he will not abandon(H) or destroy(I) you or forget(J) the covenant with your ancestors, which he confirmed to them by oath.
