Deuteronomy 33:3-5

3 Indeed, you love the peoples.
All his holy ones are in your hand.
They are seated[a] at your feet.
Each one rises after hearing your words.
4 Moses commanded a law for us
as a possession for the assembly of Jacob.
5 The Lord was King in Jeshurun,[b]
when the heads of the people gathered
together with the tribes of Israel.

- Deuteronomy 33:5 Jeshurun is another name for Israel. It means the Upright One.
Deuteronomy 33:3-5
New International Version
3 Surely it is you who love(A) the people;
all the holy ones are in your hand.(B)
At your feet they all bow down,(C)
and from you receive instruction,
4 the law that Moses gave us,(D)
the possession of the assembly of Jacob.(E)
5 He was king(F) over Jeshurun[a](G)
when the leaders of the people assembled,
along with the tribes of Israel.
