Deuteronomy 29:21-23

21 And the Lord shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according unto all the curses of the covenant, that is written in the book of this Law.
22 So that the [a]generation to come, even your children, that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they shall see the plagues of this land, and the diseases thereof, wherewith the Lord shall smite it:
23 (For all that land shall burn with brimstone and salt: it shall not be sown, nor bring forth, nor any grass shall grow therein, like as in the overthrowing of (A)Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, which the Lord overthrew in his wrath and in his anger.)

Deuteronomy 29:21-23
New International Version
21 The Lord will single them out from all the tribes of Israel for disaster,(A) according to all the curses of the covenant written in this Book of the Law.(B)
22 Your children who follow you in later generations and foreigners who come from distant lands will see the calamities that have fallen on the land and the diseases with which the Lord has afflicted it.(C) 23 The whole land will be a burning waste(D) of salt(E) and sulfur—nothing planted, nothing sprouting, no vegetation growing on it. It will be like the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah,(F) Admah and Zeboyim, which the Lord overthrew in fierce anger.(G)
