Deuteronomy 24:12-14

12 If the person is poor, you shall not sleep in the garment given you as[a] the pledge. 13 You shall give the pledge back by sunset, so that your neighbour may sleep in the cloak and bless you; and it will be to your credit before the Lord your God.
14 You shall not withhold the wages of poor and needy labourers, whether other Israelites or aliens who reside in your land in one of your towns.

12 If the neighbor is poor, do not go to sleep with their pledge(A) in your possession. 13 Return their cloak by sunset(B) so that your neighbor may sleep in it.(C) Then they will thank you, and it will be regarded as a righteous act in the sight of the Lord your God.(D)
14 Do not take advantage of a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether that worker is a fellow Israelite or a foreigner residing in one of your towns.(E)
