Deuteronomy 22:18-20

18 Then the elders of that city shall take the man, and they shall discipline him. 19 Then they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver, and they shall give them to the father of the young woman, for he defamed an Israelite young woman,[a] and she shall become his wife;[b] he will not be allowed to divorce her[c] all his days.
20 “But if this charge[d] was true, and the signs of virginity were not found[e] for the young woman,

Deuteronomy 22:18-20
New International Version
18 and the elders(A) shall take the man and punish him. 19 They shall fine him a hundred shekels[a] of silver and give them to the young woman’s father, because this man has given an Israelite virgin a bad name. She shall continue to be his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.
20 If, however, the charge is true(B) and no proof of the young woman’s virginity can be found,
