For the Lord your God has blessed you in all [a]that you have done; He has known your [b]wanderings through this (A)great wilderness. These (B)forty years the Lord your God has been with you; you have not lacked a thing.”’

“So we passed beyond our brothers the sons of Esau, who live in Seir, away from the (C)Arabah road, away from Elath and (D)from Ezion-geber. And we turned and passed through by the way of the wilderness of Moab. Then the Lord said to me, ‘Do not harass Moab, nor provoke them to war, for I will not give you any of [c]their land as a possession, because I have given (E)Ar to (F)the sons of Lot as a possession.’

The Lord your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched(A) over your journey through this vast wilderness.(B) These forty years(C) the Lord your God has been with you, and you have not lacked anything.(D)

So we went on past our relatives the descendants of Esau, who live in Seir. We turned from(E) the Arabah(F) road, which comes up from Elath and Ezion Geber,(G) and traveled along the desert road of Moab.(H)

Then the Lord said to me, “Do not harass the Moabites or provoke them to war, for I will not give you any part of their land. I have given Ar(I) to the descendants of Lot(J) as a possession.”
