Deuteronomy 2:3-5
International Standard Version
3 ‘You’ve walked around this mountain long enough. Turn northward 4 and command this people, “You are about to pass through the territory of your relatives, the descendants of Esau who live around Seir. They will be afraid of you so be very careful. 5 Don’t fight them, because I won’t give you any part of their land, not even the size of a footprint.[a] I have given Mount Seir to Esau as their property.

3 “You have made your way around this hill country long enough;(A) now turn north. 4 Give the people these orders:(B) ‘You are about to pass through the territory of your relatives the descendants of Esau,(C) who live in Seir.(D) They will be afraid(E) of you, but be very careful. 5 Do not provoke them to war, for I will not give you any of their land, not even enough to put your foot on. I have given Esau the hill country of Seir as his own.(F)
