Deuteronomy 2:27-29
New English Translation
27 “Let me pass through your land; I will keep strictly to the roadway.[a] I will not turn aside to the right or the left. 28 Sell me food for cash[b] so that I can eat and sell me water to drink.[c] Just allow me to go through on foot, 29 just as the descendants of Esau who live at Seir and the Moabites who live in Ar did for me, until I cross the Jordan to the land the Lord our God is giving us.”

Only let us pass through on foot(C)— 29 as the descendants of Esau, who live in Seir, and the Moabites, who live in Ar, did for us—until we cross the Jordan into the land the Lord our God is giving us.”
