¹⁴ And the time from our leaving ^(A)Kadesh-barnea until we crossed ^(B)the brook Zered was thirty-eight years, ^(C)until the entire generation, that is, the men of war, had perished from the camp, as the Lord had sworn to them.

²³ And ^(A)when the Lord sent you from Kadesh-barnea, saying, ‘Go up and take possession of the land that I have given you’, then you rebelled against the commandment of the Lord your God and ^(B)did not believe him or obey his voice.

²⁶ And they came to Moses and Aaron and to all the congregation of the people of Israel in the wilderness of Paran, at ^(A)Kadesh. They brought back word to them and to all the congregation, and showed them the fruit of the land.

⁸ Your fathers did this, ^(A)when I sent them from Kadesh-barnea to see the land.

⁴ And your border shall turn south of ^(A)the ascent of Akrabbim, and cross to Zin, and its limit shall be south of Kadesh-barnea. Then it shall go on to ^(B)Hazar-addar, and pass along to Azmon.
