13 Don’t pity him! Purge all murderers from Israel! Only then will all go well with you.
14 “When you arrive in the land the Lord your God is giving you, remember that you must never steal a man’s land by moving the boundary marker.
15 “Never convict anyone on the testimony of one witness. There must be at least two, and three is even better.

Deuteronomy 19:13-15
New International Version
13 Show no pity.(A) You must purge from Israel the guilt of shedding innocent blood,(B) so that it may go well with you.
14 Do not move your neighbor’s boundary stone set up by your predecessors in the inheritance you receive in the land the Lord your God is giving you to possess.(C)
Witnesses
15 One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.(D)
