13 (A)Your eye shall not pity him, (B)but you shall purge the guilt of innocent blood[a] from Israel, so that it may be well with you.

15 “A single witness shall not suffice against a person for any crime or for any wrong in connection with any offense that he has committed. (D)Only on the evidence of two witnesses or of three witnesses shall a charge be established.

Deuteronomy 19:13-15
New International Version
13 Show no pity.(A) You must purge from Israel the guilt of shedding innocent blood,(B) so that it may go well with you.
14 Do not move your neighbor’s boundary stone set up by your predecessors in the inheritance you receive in the land the Lord your God is giving you to possess.(C)
Witnesses
15 One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.(D)
