19 Anyone who will not listen to my words which the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will hold accountable for it.(A) 20 But if a prophet presumes to speak a word in my name(B) that I have not commanded, or speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.
21 Should you say to yourselves, “How can we recognize that a word is one the Lord has not spoken?”,

19 I myself will call to account(A) anyone who does not listen(B) to my words that the prophet speaks in my name.(C) 20 But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods,(D) is to be put to death.”(E)
21 You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?”
