Deuteronomy 18:19-21

19 Whoever doesn’t listen to my words, which he will speak in my name, will have to account for himself to me.
20 “‘But if a prophet presumptuously speaks a word in my name which I didn’t order him to say, or if he speaks in the name of other gods, then that prophet must die.’ 21 You may be wondering, ‘How are we to know if a word has not been spoken by Adonai?’

New International Version
19 I myself will call to account(A) anyone who does not listen(B) to my words that the prophet speaks in my name.(C) 20 But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods,(D) is to be put to death.”(E)
21 You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?”
