Deuteronomy 17:6-8

6 (A)On the mouth of two witnesses or three witnesses, he who is to die shall be put to death; he shall not be put to death on the mouth of one witness. 7 (B)The hand of the witnesses shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. (C)So you shall purge the evil from your midst.
Judging Cases
8 “(D)If any case is too difficult for you to judge, between [a]one kind of homicide or another, between [b]one kind of lawsuit or another, and between [c]one kind of assault or another, being cases of dispute in your gates, then you shall arise and go up to (E)the place which Yahweh your God chooses.

New International Version
6 On the testimony of two or three witnesses a person is to be put to death, but no one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.(A) 7 The hands of the witnesses must be the first in putting that person to death,(B) and then the hands of all the people.(C) You must purge the evil(D) from among you.
Law Courts
8 If cases come before your courts that are too difficult for you to judge(E)—whether bloodshed, lawsuits or assaults(F)—take them to the place the Lord your God will choose.(G)
