Deuteronomy 15:3-5
World English Bible

3 Of a foreigner you may require it; but whatever of yours is with your brother, your hand shall release. 4 However there will be no poor with you (for Yahweh will surely bless you in the land which Yahweh your God gives you for an inheritance to possess) 5 if only you diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, to observe to do all this commandment which I command you today.

Deuteronomy 15:3-5
New International Version

3 You may require payment from a foreigner,(A) but you must cancel any debt your fellow Israelite owes you. 4 However, there need be no poor people among you, for in the land the Lord your God is giving you to possess as your inheritance, he will richly bless(B) you, 5 if only you fully obey the Lord your God and are careful to follow(C) all these commands I am giving you today.
