Deuteronomy 12:19-21
Good News Translation
19 Be sure, also, not to neglect the Levites, as long as you live in your land.
20 “When the Lord your God enlarges your territory, as he has promised, you may eat meat whenever you want to. 21 If the one place of worship is too far away, then, whenever you wish, you may kill any of the cattle or sheep that the Lord has given you, and you may eat the meat at home, as I have told you.

New International Version
19 Be careful not to neglect the Levites(A) as long as you live in your land.(B)
20 When the Lord your God has enlarged your territory(C) as he promised(D) you, and you crave meat(E) and say, “I would like some meat,” then you may eat as much of it as you want. 21 If the place where the Lord your God chooses to put his Name(F) is too far away from you, you may slaughter animals from the herds and flocks the Lord has given you, as I have commanded you, and in your own towns you may eat as much of them as you want.(G)
