Deuteronomy 12:11-13
International Standard Version
11 then bring to the place that the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling place—where he will establish his name—everything that I’m commanding you: your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, your hand-carried gifts, and all your best offerings in fulfillment of promises that you pledged to the Lord.
12 “Rejoice in the presence of the Lord your God—you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and the descendant of Levi who is in your city—because there is no territorial allotment[a] for him as you have. 13 Be careful not to offer burnt offerings at any location you happen to see[b]

New International Version
11 Then to the place the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name(A)—there you are to bring everything I command you: your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and special gifts, and all the choice possessions you have vowed to the Lord.(B) 12 And there rejoice(C) before the Lord your God—you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and the Levites(D) from your towns who have no allotment or inheritance(E) of their own. 13 Be careful not to sacrifice your burnt offerings anywhere you please.(F)
