¹⁷ Or ^(A)the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you, and He will ^(B)shut up the heavens ^(C)so that there will be no rain and the ground will not yield its fruit; and ^(D)you will perish quickly from the good land which the Lord is giving you.

¹² The Lord will open for you His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and ^(A)you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.
