Daniel 8:16

¹⁶And I heard a man’s voice from the Ulai^(A) calling, “Gabriel,^(B) tell this man the meaning of the vision.”^(C)

¹⁶And I heard a man’s voice ^(A)between the banks of the Ulai, who called, and said, ^(B)“Gabriel, make this man understand the vision.”

²²He instructed me and said to me, “Daniel, I have now come to give you insight and understanding.^(A)

²²And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand.

⁹I asked, “What are these, my lord?”

The angel^(A) who was talking with me answered, “I will show you what they are.”^(B)

⁹Then I said, ^(A)“My lord, what are these?” So the angel who talked with me said to me, “I will show you what they are.”
