GOD’S WORD Translation
25 Then King Darius wrote to the people of every province, nation, and language all over the world:
I wish you peace and prosperity.
26 I decree that in every part of my kingdom people should tremble with terror in front of Daniel’s God, the living God who continues forever. His kingdom will never be destroyed. His power lasts to the end ⌞of time⌟. 27 He saves, rescues, and does miraculous signs and amazing things in heaven and on earth. He saved Daniel from the lions.

To all peoples, nations, and languages that dwell in all the earth:
Peace be multiplied to you.
26 (B)I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must (C)tremble and fear before the God of Daniel.
(D)For He is the living God,
And steadfast forever;
His kingdom is the one which shall not be (E)destroyed,
And His dominion shall endure to the end.
27 He delivers and rescues,
(F)And He works signs and wonders
In heaven and on earth,
Who has delivered Daniel from the [a]power of the lions.
