8 Finally Daniel, named Belteshazzar(A) after the name of my god—and the spirit of the holy gods is in him(B)—came before me. I told him the dream: 9 “Belteshazzar, head of the diviners, because I know that you have a spirit of the holy gods(C) and that no mystery puzzles you,(D) explain to me the visions of my dream that I saw, and its interpretation.

New International Version
8 Finally, Daniel came into my presence and I told him the dream. (He is called Belteshazzar,(A) after the name of my god, and the spirit of the holy gods(B) is in him.)
9 I said, “Belteshazzar, chief(C) of the magicians, I know that the spirit of the holy gods(D) is in you, and no mystery is too difficult for you. Here is my dream; interpret it for me.
