Daniel 4:8-10

8 At last Daniel came in before me—he who was named Belteshazzar after the name of my god, and who is endowed with a spirit of the holy gods[a]—and I told him the dream: 9 ‘O Belteshazzar, chief of the magicians, I know that you are endowed with a spirit of the holy gods[b] and that no mystery is too difficult for you. Hear[c] the dream that I saw; tell me its interpretation.
10 [d] Upon my bed this is what I saw;
there was a tree at the centre of the earth,
and its height was great.

8 Finally, Daniel came into my presence and I told him the dream. (He is called Belteshazzar,(A) after the name of my god, and the spirit of the holy gods(B) is in him.)
9 I said, “Belteshazzar, chief(C) of the magicians, I know that the spirit of the holy gods(D) is in you, and no mystery is too difficult for you. Here is my dream; interpret it for me. 10 These are the visions I saw while lying in bed:(E) I looked, and there before me stood a tree in the middle of the land. Its height was enormous.(F)
