The Most High God has done ·miracles [signs] and wonderful things for me that I am happy to tell you about.

His wonderful acts are great,

It is my pleasure to tell you about the miraculous signs(C) and wonders that the Most High God(D) has performed for me.

How great are his signs,
    how mighty his wonders!(E)
His kingdom is an eternal kingdom;
