4 And Hevel, he also brought of the bechorot of his tzon and of the chelev thereof. And Hashem regarded [with favor, respect] unto Hevel and to his minchah:
5 But unto Kayin and to his minchah He had not regard . And Kayin was very angry, and his countenance fell.
6 And Hashem said unto Kayin, Why art thou angry? And why is thy countenance fallen?

New International Version
4 And Abel also brought an offering—fat portions(A) from some of the firstborn of his flock.(B) The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering,(C) 5 but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor. So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast.
6 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry?(D) Why is your face downcast?
