27 When it was decided that we(A) would sail for Italy,(B) Paul and some other prisoners were handed over to a centurion named Julius, who belonged to the Imperial Regiment.(C)
2 There he met a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla,(A) because Claudius(B) had ordered all Jews to leave Rome. Paul went to see them,
12 After Festus had conferred with his council, he declared: “You have appealed to Caesar. To Caesar you will go!”
25 I found he had done nothing deserving of death,(A) but because he made his appeal to the Emperor(B) I decided to send him to Rome.
