37 At that time she became ill and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in a room upstairs.(A) 38 Since Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, who heard that Peter was there, sent two men to him with the request, “Please come to us without delay.”(B) 39 So Peter got up and went with them, and when he arrived, they took him to the room upstairs. All the widows stood beside him, weeping and showing tunics and other clothing that Dorcas had made while she was with them.(C)

New International Version
37 About that time she became sick and died, and her body was washed and placed in an upstairs room.(A) 38 Lydda was near Joppa; so when the disciples(B) heard that Peter was in Lydda, they sent two men to him and urged him, “Please come at once!”
39 Peter went with them, and when he arrived he was taken upstairs to the room. All the widows(C) stood around him, crying and showing him the robes and other clothing that Dorcas had made while she was still with them.
