24 But their laying await was known of Saul: now they (A)watched the gates day and night, that they might kill him.

25 [a]Then the disciples took him by night, and put him through the wall, and let him down by a rope in a basket.

26 [b]And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself with the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.
