7 And the Gentiles unto whom they shall be in slavery I will judge, said God; and after that they shall come forth and serve me in this place.
8 And he gave him the covenant of circumcision; and so Abraham begat Isaac and circumcised him the eighth day, and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob begat the twelve patriarchs.
9 And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt, but God was with him

Acts 7:7-9
New International Version
7 But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves,’ God said, ‘and afterward they will come out of that country and worship me in this place.’[a](A) 8 Then he gave Abraham the covenant of circumcision.(B) And Abraham became the father of Isaac and circumcised him eight days after his birth.(C) Later Isaac became the father of Jacob,(D) and Jacob became the father of the twelve patriarchs.(E)
9 “Because the patriarchs were jealous of Joseph,(F) they sold him as a slave into Egypt.(G) But God was with him(H)
