14 Then sent Joseph and caused his father to be brought, and all his kindred, even threescore and fifteen souls.
15 So (A)Jacob went down into Egypt, and he (B)died, and our fathers,
16 And were [a]removed into Shechem, and were put in the sepulcher, that Abraham had bought (C)for money of the sons of Hamor, son of Shechem.

14 After this, Joseph sent for his father Jacob and his whole family,(A) seventy-five in all.(B) 15 Then Jacob went down to Egypt, where he and our ancestors died.(C) 16 Their bodies were brought back to Shechem and placed in the tomb that Abraham had bought from the sons of Hamor at Shechem for a certain sum of money.(D)
