4 Before you sold the land, it belonged to you. And even after you sold it, you could have used the money any way you wanted. Why did you think of doing this? You lied to God, not to men!” 5-6 When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. Some young men came in, wrapped up his body, carried it out, and buried it. And everyone who heard about this was filled with fear.

4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal?(A) What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”(B)
5 When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died.(C) And great fear(D) seized all who heard what had happened. 6 Then some young men came forward, wrapped up his body,(E) and carried him out and buried him.
