24 “Also, all the prophets from Samuel on, as many as have spoken, have talked about these days. 25 You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant that God made with our[a] fathers when he said to Abraham:
In your seed[b] all the families of the earth will be blessed.[c]
26 “God raised up his Servant and sent him to you first, to bless you by turning every one of you away from your wicked ways.”
