Acts 28:25-27
Revised Geneva Translation
25 Therefore, not being in agreement among themselves, they left after Paul had spoken one word: “The Holy Ghost spoke well to our Fathers by Isaiah the Prophet,
26 “saying, ‘Go to this people, and say, “By hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand, and seeing you shall see, and not perceive.
27 “For the heart of this people has grown fat. And their ears are dull of hearing. And their eyes they have closed, or else they would see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and would return so that I might heal them.”’

Acts 28:25-27
New International Version
25 They disagreed among themselves and began to leave after Paul had made this final statement: “The Holy Spirit spoke the truth to your ancestors when he said(A) through Isaiah the prophet:
26 “‘Go to this people and say,
“You will be ever hearing but never understanding;
you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.”
27 For this people’s heart has become calloused;(B)
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.’[a](C)
