5 Then sailed we over the sea by Cilicia, and Pamphilia, and came to Myra, a city in Lycia.
6 And there the Centurion found a ship of Alexandria, sailing into Italy, and put us therein.
7 And when we had sailed slowly many days, and scarce were come against Cnidus, because the wind suffered us not, we sailed hard by Candia, near to [a]Salmone,

5 When we had sailed across the open sea off the coast of Cilicia(A) and Pamphylia,(B) we landed at Myra in Lycia. 6 There the centurion found an Alexandrian ship(C) sailing for Italy(D) and put us on board. 7 We made slow headway for many days and had difficulty arriving off Cnidus. When the wind did not allow us to hold our course,(E) we sailed to the lee of Crete,(F) opposite Salmone.
