Acts 26:6-8
Good News Translation
6 And now I stand here to be tried because of the hope I have in the promise that God made to our ancestors— 7 the very thing that the twelve tribes of our people hope to receive, as they worship God day and night. And it is because of this hope, Your Majesty, that I am being accused by these Jews! 8 (A)Why do you who are here find it impossible to believe that God raises the dead?

6 And now it is because of my hope(A) in what God has promised our ancestors(B) that I am on trial today. 7 This is the promise our twelve tribes(C) are hoping to see fulfilled as they earnestly serve God day and night.(D) King Agrippa, it is because of this hope that these Jews are accusing me.(E) 8 Why should any of you consider it incredible that God raises the dead?(F)
