Acts 23:9-11

9 and so there was a lot of shouting. Some of the teachers of the Law of Moses were Pharisees. Finally, they became angry and said, “We don't find anything wrong with this man. Maybe a spirit or an angel really did speak to him.”
10 The argument became fierce, and the commander was afraid that Paul would be pulled apart. So he ordered the soldiers to go in and rescue Paul. Then they took him back into the fortress.
11 That night the Lord stood beside Paul and said, “Don't worry! Just as you have told others about me in Jerusalem, you must also tell about me in Rome.”

New International Version
9 There was a great uproar, and some of the teachers of the law who were Pharisees(A) stood up and argued vigorously. “We find nothing wrong with this man,”(B) they said. “What if a spirit or an angel has spoken to him?”(C) 10 The dispute became so violent that the commander was afraid Paul would be torn to pieces by them. He ordered the troops to go down and take him away from them by force and bring him into the barracks.(D)
11 The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage!(E) As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.”(F)
