Paul Arrested

²⁷ When the seven days were nearly over, some Jews from the province of Asia saw Paul at the temple. They stirred up the whole crowd and seized him,^(A)

² At this the high priest Ananias^(A) ordered those standing near Paul to strike him on the mouth.^(B)

²⁴ Provide horses for Paul so that he may be taken safely to Governor Felix.”^(A)
