Acts 2:40-42

40 With many other words he testified[a] and exhorted them saying, “Save yourselves from this perverse[b] generation!” 41 So those who accepted[c] his message[d] were baptized, and that day about 3,000 people[e] were added.[f]
The Fellowship of the Early Believers
42 They were devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship,[g] to the breaking of bread and to prayer.[h]
