Acts 18:2-4
New Living Translation
2 There he became acquainted with a Jew named Aquila, born in Pontus, who had recently arrived from Italy with his wife, Priscilla. They had left Italy when Claudius Caesar deported all Jews from Rome. 3 Paul lived and worked with them, for they were tentmakers[a] just as he was.
4 Each Sabbath found Paul at the synagogue, trying to convince the Jews and Greeks alike.

New International Version
2 There he met a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla,(A) because Claudius(B) had ordered all Jews to leave Rome. Paul went to see them, 3 and because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them.(C) 4 Every Sabbath(D) he reasoned in the synagogue,(E) trying to persuade Jews and Greeks.
